CWA is launching a fight for pay equity to close the gender and racial wage gap in the media, nonprofit and tech sectors. Our Goal- WITH YOUR HELP-is to obtain and analyze pay data from different workers across these three sectors. We will create a database and website to expose wage disparities and shine a spotlight on the employers that are the worst offenders in each industry. Our project aims to create transparency for wages in the workplace, and support collective action and bargaining to win pay equity.
